Bad Policy

Policy bar/lounge/restaurant on 14th Street routinely uses the bike lane as their private valet parking zone, either staging cars there for drop off and pick up, or placing their sign directly in the bike lane. Not very neighborly.

I'd move the sign out into the road or - even better just in front of the main entrance of the restaurant to make them react.
