Q St. Bike Lane

Sitting in the bike lane at 12th and Q Streets NW. Worse: she sat here for a while then darted out in front of another car using the right lane. A Maryland driver, naturally. Couldn't get the license plate due to glare.

Based on the picture, I am not sure that I would agree that this is an infraction. The car clearly needs to be able to make a right hand turn. I'm not sure on whether the right-most lane is a travel lane or a park lane, but it would seem that if it is a park lane, that car has every right to be in the bike lane to execute a right-hand turn.
Based upon your comments though, it seems that she was impeding traffic if she didn't make a right-hand turn in a timely fashion.

she didn't make a righthand turn at all. she darted in front of another car and continued to go straight on Q.

hah. she actually managed to piss off both me and the other car she cut off. quite a feat.
