New Hampshire and Corcoran NW, Washington dc, DC
Water is great, but unobstructed bike lanes are better.
1620 R Street NW, Washington dc, DC
It can be hard to find legal parking in this neighborhood, so why not use the bike lane.
14th Street and Wallach Place, Washington dc, DC
This woman wasn't very happy with what I was doing, but I wasn't very happy with her blocking the lane!
New Hampshire Avenue and R Street, Washington dc, DC
The young lady attempting to bike around the obstruction asked what I was doing. I told her about the site and hopefully she'll join the cause.
7th Street and T Street NW, Washington dc, DC
This guy seems to have drifted into the bike lane purely out of spite since it's hard to see what he thinks he's accomplishing.
R Street and 7th Street NW, Washington dc, DC
I'm not sure it was such a great idea to make this stretch of the R Street bike lane run between two car lanes, but that's where they put the bike lane. No excuse for the guy to be driving here either since both the forward traffic lane and the right turn lane adjacent to him were vacant.
14th Street and Riggs Street, Washington dc, DC
Here's the cab -- driver was idling to wait for a friend who was buying something at the pet store.

A true multi-modal bike lane block, as a private car, a taxi, and a truck all line up together.
New Hampshire Avenue and Swann Street, Washington dc, DC
Even if they did enforce the law against bike lane violations, I guess this guy could get away with it.
14th Street and U Street, Washington dc, DC
Just south of U Street at a popular idling in the bike lane spot.
14th Street and U Street, Washington dc, DC
Van half in the bike lane on 14th Street just south of U.1
T Street and 14th Street, Washington dc, DC
Two people in the car, sitting mid-block, right turn signal on, blocking the lane.
